Job summary

The Learning Experience - Magnolia is seeking an Experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team as a Lead Preschool Teacher. You will create a warm, engaging classroom where children learn, play, and grow using our LEAP Curriculum®.

You will collaborate with staff, communicate with families, and support enrollment goals in a nurturing environment. We value passion for early education, strong communication, and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for education and care of children.
• Minimum six months to one year of professional teaching experience.
• Associate degree (or higher) in ECE or related field; HS diploma acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for infants to preschool.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress.
• Collaborate with daycare staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers.
