The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will create a positive and engaging learning environment where children learn, play, and grow, with the LEAP Curriculum® guiding instruction for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred or HS diploma/GED required.
• Strong communication with families and teamwork with center staff.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use growth mindset to develop children and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers per child needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s adventures and progress via apps and discussions.
• Collaborate with daycare staff to support enrollment and engagement goals.
