Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create interactive learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are followed, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for childcare.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.
