Job summary

Golden Path Academy seeks a full-time Lead Teacher who fosters a love of learning and builds positive relationships with children, families, and staff. You will develop and implement age-appropriate curricula and supervise classroom activities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, maintaining a safe classroom, tracking child development with progress reports, and using the school app to communicate with parents throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s in child-related field or equivalent credentials (CDA, training) required
• Sixteen hours of training or related childcare experience may substitute for some requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom
• Track child development and provide progress reports
• Build relationships with parents and co-teachers
• Use school app to communicate with families throughout the day
