Job summary

Golden Path Academy seeks a passionate Lead Infant Teacher to design and implement engaging educational programs for children aged 12 to 16 months. You will lead a team, ensure a nurturing learning environment, and align activities with our curriculum and initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong communication with parents, collaboration with co-teachers, and maintaining developmental progress records. A proactive, caring educator is essential for our center’s success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have fulfilled a high school program or its equivalent.
• And must meet one of the following: 1) 48 semester hours of college credit including 12 hours in child-related subjects and one year of program experience; 2) bachelor's degree in a child-related field; 3) 6 months of supervised program experience and 24 hours of approved training; 4) 3 months of program experience and an early childhood certificate or CDA.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to young learners aged 12 to 16 months.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized classroom and build positive relationships with children, co-teachers, and parents.
• Track individual child progress and prepare bi-annual progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with parents using the school-provided application.
