Job summary
La Petite Academy in Meridian, Idaho is hiring a Lead Teacher who will create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensure licensing guidelines are followed, and build genuine relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child's growth.

Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

- Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
