Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor other teachers. You will promote social, physical, and intellectual growth for preschoolers in your class and take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation.

You will build genuine relationships with families, supporting the center’s success, while meeting licensing guidelines and company standards. This is a full-time classroom role with weekday schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating lessons.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for the center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center's success.
