Job summary

Learning Care Group in Kenosha, WI is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire children daily and mentor fellow teachers. You will develop engaging lessons, foster social and cognitive growth, and lead classroom management while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build strong relationships with families and contribute to a positive, supportive center culture. This role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, fun learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
