Job summary

Learning Care Group in Virginia (Hampton area) seeks a Lead Teacher to design engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You’ll lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring licensing guidelines and company standards are followed.

You will engage with families to support each child’s achievement, while promoting a positive, energetic classroom environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and childcare center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• REAL-ID or Passport Required
• Have a valid car inspection or car registration or decal

Responsibilities
