Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in Williamsburg, VA to inspire young learners and support families. You will design engaging activities, guide fellow teachers, and ensure developmentally appropriate practice in a nurturing environment.

This role emphasizes classroom leadership, licensing compliance, and collaboration with families to foster each child’s growth and lifelong curiosity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilités

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
