Job summary

The Learning Experience in Renton, WA is seeking a dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to create a welcoming, engaging classroom where children learn through play and grow into confident learners. You will implement the L.E.A.P.

Curriculum®, mentor assistant teachers, partner with families, and coordinate with staff to achieve enrollment and high standards of child welfare. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are welcome, but strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with preschool-aged children.
• Associate degree in ECE preferred or higher.
• Strong English communication; bilingual English/Spanish welcome.
• First Aid/ CPR certification a plus; background check required.
