The Learning Experience is seeking an Experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team in Renton, WA. You will create inviting, hands‑on learning spaces using our L.E.A.P. Curriculum, guiding infants to preschoolers with a focus on academic and emotional growth.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of teaching experience (or 6 months minimum) and an associate degree in ECE or related field; HS diploma accepted in some cases. State licensing requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred or 6 months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred or High school diploma/GED required.
• State licensing requirements may apply to the role.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children as appropriate.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s milestones via apps and discussions.
• Partner with daycare staff and leadership to support enrollment and center success.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
