Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking an Experienced Lead Teacher to join our team in Westminster. You will lead a welcoming classroom, guiding young children through play and structured learning to support academic and emotional growth.

Using our proprietary LEAP Curriculum, you will tailor activities to each child while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment and regular parent communication. Growth opportunities and development are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field; HS diploma/GED accepted with requirement.
• Licensing requirements may apply in the state.
