Position Overview:

Our child care program is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for early childhood education, a nurturing attitude, and the ability to create a positive learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
  • Assess and document children’s progress
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
  • Lead and collaborate with assistant teachers and staff
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in early childhood education
  • Knowledge of child development and early learning standards
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks
