Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Preschool CDA certificate (RIECETP).
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed daycare setting.
• Ability to pass National & State Background Checks.

Responsibilities:

• Work with children, demonstrating experience and ability.
• Pay strong attention to detail, adhere to timelines, and multitask effectively.
• Be self-motivated and a problem solver.
• Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with children and parents.
• Handle photocopying, printing, filing, and data entry tasks.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Follow curriculum and manage lesson plans according to RIELD Standards.
