Job summary

The Learning Experience in Denton, Texas is hiring multiple lead teachers for our preschool rooms. Lead a safe, engaging classroom for 3-year-olds and Pre-K, delivering the LEAP curriculum and preparing children for kindergarten.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $15 to $19, up to a $750 sign-on bonus, paid time off, tuition reimbursement toward a degree or CDA, and a clear path to advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a teacher in a child care setting.
• High school diploma or GED required; CDA is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, engaging classroom for 3-year-olds and Pre-K.
• Teach the LEAP curriculum: early literacy, math, science, and social skills.
• Share progress with parents via our mobile app and conferences.

Pay: $15 - $19 per hour, based on experience. Up to $750 sign-on bonus. Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8-9 hour shifts between 6:30am - 6:30pm.
