The Learning Experience in Denton is seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to manage an infant classroom (6 weeks to 12 months). You will create a safe, loving environment and coordinate feeding, diapering, and nap schedules while using our mobile app to keep families informed.

We offer a full-time role with a competitive hourly rate of $15-$19, a signing bonus up to $750, paid time off, tuition assistance, and ongoing training to support growth to leadership positions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a teacher in a child care center.
• Infant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED (CDA is a plus).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilités

Pay

Pay: $15 - $19 per hour, based on experience

Up to $750 sign-on bonus

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8-9 hour shifts between 6:30am - 6:30pm
