Job summary

The Learning Experience in Denton, TX is hiring multiple lead teachers for our preschool rooms. Lead a safe, engaging classroom for 3-year-olds and Pre-K to help children get ready for kindergarten.

We offer $15-$19 per hour, up to a $750 sign-on bonus, paid time off and training, tuition reimbursement toward a degree or CDA, ready-made curriculum, and a clear path to Assistant Director and Director roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a teacher in a child care center.
• High school diploma or GED (CDA is a plus).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, engaging classroom for 3-year-olds and Pre-K.
• Teach our L.E.A.P. curriculum: early literacy, math, science, and social skills.
• Share progress with parents through our mobile app and conferences.

Pay: $15 - $19 per hour, based on experience. Up to $750 sign-on bonus. Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8-9 hour shifts between 6:30am - 6:30pm.
