Job summary

The Learning Experience in Denton, TX is hiring lead infant teachers. You will lead a safe, loving classroom for 6 weeks to 12 months, follow feeding, diapering and nap schedules, and keep families updated via our mobile app. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a clear path to leadership.

Earn $15–$19/hour, eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $750, paid time off, tuition assistance, and ongoing training as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a teacher in a child care center.
• Infant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED (CDA is a plus).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Pay

Pay: $15 - $19 per hour, based on experience

Up to $750 sign-on bonus

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8-9 hour shifts between 6:30am - 6:30pm
