The Learning Experience - Wixom is seeking a passionate, dedicated Experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team and help children learn, play, and thrive in a positive environment where happiness is a daily standard. You will create engaging spaces and foster academic and emotional growth for Preschoolers.

We are looking for someone who can inspire creativity, maintain safety, communicate with families, and collaborate with staff to support enrollment and center success in a nurturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals to support your center's success.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday) 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm
