The Learning Experience in Spring Hill, TN seeks a Lead Teacher to guide Little Learners from infancy to preschool with engaging, age-appropriate activities and a safe, happy classroom. You will use our app to share daily updates with families.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (associates in ECE preferred), 2+ years as a lead teacher, and ability to meet licensing requirements. We offer a competitive salary and benefits with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years’ experience as a lead teacher in a childcare setting.
• Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and celebrate growth and development milestones.
• Provide daily updates to families via the mobile app.

Position Requirements
