Job summary

The Learning Experience is hiring a Lead Teacher in Mansfield, TX to guide Little Learners from infancy to preschool with joyful, engaging activities.

Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate lessons, maintaining safe classrooms, tracking milestones, and communicating with families through the app. A HS diploma/GED is required; an Associate degree in ECE is preferred; 2+ years of lead-teacher experience is ideal.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred)
• 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years' experience as a lead teacher within a childcare center.
• Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.
