Job summary

The Learning Experience in Rohnert Park, CA is hiring a Lead Teacher to join our HAPPY Early Childhood Academic childcare centers. You will craft engaging, age-appropriate lessons and create safe, happy spaces where Little Learners can explore and grow.

With 2+ years of lead teaching in a childcare setting, you’ll meet state licensing requirements and collaborate with peers to support families. We offer growth opportunities, paid training, and benefits that include health insurance and 401(k)

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ lead teacher experience in a childcare center.
• High School Diploma or GED; associate degree in ECE preferred.
• Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Maintain safe, clean classrooms meeting TLE standards.
• Monitor child growth and milestones.
• Communicate with families via our mobile app.

Join our HAPPY Early Childhood Academic childcare center as a Lead Teacher! Our centers are focused on developing Little Learners from infancy to preschool. We make early education and daycare joyful, engaging, and fun so children are happy to LEARN, PLAY and GROW.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred)
• 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years’ experience as a lead teacher within a childcare center.
• Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.
