Job summary

The Learning Experience in Rohnert Park, CA is seeking a Lead Teacher to design engaging, age-appropriate activities for Little Learners and to foster a safe, joyful classroom. You will collaborate with other instructors and communicate progress with families through our app.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, an associate degree in early childhood education or related field preferred, and at least 2 years of lead-teacher experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years’ experience as a lead teacher within a childcare center.

Responsibilities

• Create fun learning by executing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create safe & happy spaces by ensuring clean, safe, and organized classrooms.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred)
• 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years’ experience as a lead teacher within a childcare center.
• Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.
