The Learning Experience in Rohnert Park, CA is seeking a Lead Teacher for our HAPPY Early Childhood Academic childcare center. Join a team dedicated to helping children from infancy to preschool learn, play, and grow in a joyful environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred).
• 18 years of age or older.
• 2+ years’ experience as a lead teacher within a childcare center.
• Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.

• Create fun learning by executing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create safe & happy spaces by ensuring standards of clean, safe, and organized classrooms.
• Monitor growth and development through understanding key milestones and progress.
• Build relationships with families and share daily updates via our mobile app.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a supportive and happy learning environment.

Compensation:

$20-$24 per hour (based on qualifications and experience)
