Job summary

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education; state credentials or certifications preferred.

• Experience in a preschool setting with familiarity with licensing and accreditation standards.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead a small teaching team.

Role Description The Lead Preschool Teacher is a full-time, on-site role located in Delray Beach, FL. This position is responsible for planning and leading daily classroom activities that support the developmental, academic, social, and spiritual growth of preschool-aged children in alignment with the school's Christian values and curriculum. The Lead Preschool Teacher designs and implements age-appropriate lesson plans, manages classroom routines, and maintains a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. The role involves ongoing communication with families and colleagues, documenting student progress, and collaborating with the preschool leadership team to support school-wide initiatives. The Lead Preschool Teacher also mentors assistant teachers, ensures compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, and participates in professional development.
