Job summary

NEIGHBORHOOD KIDS PRESCHOOL INC. in Delray Beach, FL, seeks a Lead Preschool Teacher to plan and lead daily activities that support development in line with the school's Christian values.

You will design age-appropriate lesson plans, manage classroom routines, and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment while communicating with families and collaborating with the leadership team to support school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Early Childhood Education; knowledge of child development and preschool best practices.
• Demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for preschool and Kindergarten readiness.
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging children, collaborating with families and colleagues.
• Experience preparing children for Kindergarten entry, including foundational literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education; state credentials or certifications preferred.
• Ability to create a safe, inclusive classroom aligned with the Christian values of the school.
• Experience in a preschool setting with familiarity with licensing and accreditation standards.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead a small teaching team.
