Job summary

The Learning Experience in Westminster, CO is seeking an Experienced Preschool/PreK Teacher to foster a welcoming classroom where children learn through play. You will apply the LEAP Curriculum® and collaborate with families and staff to support enrollment and engagement, while helping children grow academically and emotionally.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months of professional teaching experience required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred or High School Diploma/GED required.

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum® in a way that aligns with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s adventures and achievements through apps and discussions.
• Partner with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment.
