Learning Care Group in Kansas City, MO is hiring a Lead Teacher to develop fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor other teachers. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.

You will build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s achievement and the center’s success.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while following licensing guidelines.
