Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher in Missouri to create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You will support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, foster a warm and inclusive classroom, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for every learner.

As the classroom leader, you will manage daily routines, guide curriculum implementation, and uphold licensing guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth in the class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success.
