Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of direct Teaching Experience.
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Education theory and practice.
• Knowledge of licensing, health, NAEYC accreditation standards, CSN policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervising preschool teacher in the ECE Lab Program and oversee a model laboratory children’s program.
• Oversee program implementation for assigned age group, including planning, family involvement, communication, and education.
• Supervise and mentor Child Care Workers, Student Workers, Interns and volunteers.
• Engage in ongoing program evaluation and assessment and maintain NAEYC accreditation and QRIS standards.
