Job summary

Creative Kids Learning Center in Las Vegas, NV seeks an energetic Lead Teacher to develop engaging learning experiences and mentor other teachers. You will help manage daily activities, ensure a safe, supportive classroom, and uphold licensing standards while promoting family involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support center success.
