Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment.
• Strong cooking knowledge and ability to work independently at assigned stations.
• Ability to read and understand recipes, prep lists and kitchen communications in basic English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
• Execute advanced food preparation and cooking techniques according to recipes and culinary standards.
• Prepare and cook menu items independently while maintaining presentation standards.
• Assist chefs and kitchen leadership with daily production, prep lists, and station organization.
• Oversee assigned stations and ensure readiness during service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, walk-ins, coolers, and storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• May be reassigned to different kitchen areas based on operational needs.
