Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Cook 3 at Good Game in Atlanta, Georgia. You will lead in the kitchen, plan menus with management, and train team members while upholding health standards and controlling costs.

This role offers opportunities to develop leadership in a team-focused environment. The position requires at least 2 years of back-of-house experience, ability to read recipes, and basic math skills.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of back-of-house foodservice experience
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes
• Basic math skills and ability to follow recipe measurements
• No high school diploma or GED required

Aufgaben

• Review menus and customer orders to determine type and quantities of food to be prepared and ensure portions, quality standards, and proper storage and temperatures.
• Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked; maintain sanitary kitchen and storage facilities.
• Use waste control guidelines and record waste on the spoilage sheet.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties and end-of-day inventory per guidelines
