Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise prep cooks to ensure efficient, accurate tasks.
• Prepare ingredients per recipes and specifications.
• Ensure quality, portion, and presentation standards.
• Organize and label prepped items for easy storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary kitchen and prep area.
• Monitor inventory and assist with receiving deliveries.
• Follow health and safety regulations and kitchen procedures.
• Communicate effectively with BOH team and management.
• Butcher meat.
