Ontario Trillium Foundation in Dallas, TX is seeking a Prep Cook to join our morning kitchen crew. You will be responsible for making all from-scratch products for our guests, starting with dough, sauces, dressings, proteins and produce, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

You will lead a line, coordinate tickets, train teammates during rushes, maintain a clean, organized workspace, and help create a positive, fast-paced dining environment where pizza is served with care.

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Lead a line and coordinate tickets to ensure standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up kitchen and start making pizza dough.
• Prep sauces, dressings, cooked proteins and produce.
• Plate from-scratch food items.
• Keep areas cleaned, restocked and organized.
• Be a leader in guest interaction and service while making orders.
• Train and aid your team during rushes.
• Lead a line and coordinate tickets to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain a positive and fun restaurant environment.
