Responsibilities

• May oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepares various entrees and menu items per recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment; performs routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items; maintains organized storage.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure safety of food supply.
• Completes daily production records and logs as assigned.
• Assists in cross training of employees.
