Qualifications

• Experience as prep cook in a café, bakery or similar fast-paced setting.
• Savory preparation and basic techniques.
• Strong knife skills and basic kitchen techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and procedures.
• Good time management, multitasking and adaptability.
• Passion for hospitality and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Food safety certifications (ServSafe/Food Handler) preferred.
• Interest in industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prep and menu items according to maman recipes and standards.
• Perform daily prep tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Use proper knife techniques to ensure safety and consistency.
• Support baking and production to meet quality expectations.
• Uphold aesthetics and presentation reflecting the brand's excellence.
• Collaborate with the BOH team and Kitchen Leader to resolve issues.
