Job summary

6sense is seeking a Product Lead, Predictive Platform to own our Predictive Platform—the engine powering our intelligence layer. This Player/Coach role combines hands-on leadership with people management of a PM pod and cross-model initiatives.

You will drive the roadmap for core models, set standards for model training and deployment, and collaborate with the Head of Intelligence Product to align strategy. Strong background in predictive modeling and ML lifecycles is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product teams.
• Deep expertise in predictive modeling and ML lifecycles.
• Strong operating rhythms for data and model dependencies.
• Solid understanding of B2B data models and GTM outcomes.
• 8-10+ years in Product Management with people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a specialized pod.
• Own the core predictive foundation strategy.
