Job summary

6sense is seeking a Product Lead, Predictive Platform, to own the core predictive engine powering the intelligence layer. You will lead a dedicated pod of Product Managers and drive model training, measurement, and cross-model initiatives across the 6sense ecosystem.

You will partner closely with the Head of Intelligence Product to align the roadmap with company strategy, ensuring high velocity delivery, scalability, and strong governance in a rapidly growing AI-driven platform.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in Product Management, with 3-5+ years of formal people-management experience.
• Deep expertise in predictive modeling, ML lifecycles, and data science collaboration from a product perspective.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a specialized pod of Product Managers focusing on modeling and intelligence initiatives.
• Own the core predictive foundation and define the roadmap for model consumption across the ecosystem.
• Drive cross-model initiatives and establish standards for training, feedback loops, and accuracy measurement.
• Maximize model leverage with a 'build once, use everywhere' approach across surface apps.
• Partner with the Head of Intelligence Product to align the roadmap and surface risks and opportunities.
