Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience estimating large scale projects.
• Expertise in electrical installation methods according to NEC and CEC.
• Ability to create and review schematic designs satisfying code requirements.
• Strongly preferred to have electrical engineering degree and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the preconstruction phase of complex projects.
• Develop comprehensive preconstruction strategies and assess project requirements.
• Maintain overall ownership of project budgets and design until permit issuance.
• Train and lead the pre-award team on strategic bid responses.
