Qualifications

• Familiar with MS Project and takeoff/estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Leading multiple preconstruction efforts, including estimates up to $20M.
• Reviewing design documents and identifying missing information or potential risks.
• Developing strategic proposals and presenting to clients with confidence.
• Coordinating trade partner outreach, bid forms, and scope coverage.
• Working with project teams to shape schedules and logistics.
• Reviewing RFPs, identifying risks, and supporting proposal strategy.
• Staying organized and ahead of deadlines on multiple concurrent pursuits.
