Dome Construction Corporation in Southern California is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts on complex commercial projects. You will review designs, develop proposals, and present estimates to clients while coordinating with trade partners and the project team.
Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in estimating or preconstruction, strong reading of design documents, and proficiency with MS Project and takeoff software to drive accurate, timely bids.

You’ll be the go‑to for all things estimating — from reviewing early sketches to submitting full proposals and working directly with clients and trade partners. You’ll also help mentor team members and work closely with our operations team to ensure a smooth handoff into construction.

Southern California Pay Range
$92,000 - $145,000 USD
The job duties for this position [will/may] entail assignment at a customer worksite where the customer has a requirement that all Dome’s personnel must be vaccinated to enter the worksite, and the customer’s policy has no exemptions.
