Job summary

ReArch Construction in Vermont/New Hampshire seeks a Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts, develop budgets, prepare pre-bid packages, and create full-scope estimates for Design-Build or CM projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial estimating, experience with $20M–$50M projects, and a Bachelor's in CM or Engineering. Expect travel to VT/NH sites and mentorship of junior estimators.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in preconstruction/estimating on commercial projects.
• Led estimates for projects valued $20M–$50M.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee budgets, pre-bid packages, and full-scope estimates.
• Develop schematic and construction document estimates; coordinate with PMs and subs.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids and scopes of work.
• Mentor junior estimators and help improve estimating standards.
