Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience in commercial, residential, medical, or similar sectors.
• Ability to independently run estimates with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate conceptual, GMP, design-build, and hard bid estimates.
• Develop and maintain bid documents throughout preconstruction.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals.
• Build and maintain subcontractor/vendor relationships.
