Job summary

ReArch Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to drive preconstruction in our Vermont/NH region. You will lead cost estimation for design-build and CM projects, develop budgets, prepare and oversee pre-bid packages, and mentor junior estimators.

This in-person role may be based in South Burlington, VT; Lebanon, NH; or Portsmouth, NH with regular travel to project sites. Competitive salary and benefits reflect the seniority and impact of the position.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in preconstruction/estimating on commercial projects.
• Experience leading estimates for projects valued between $20M and $50M.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education/work experience considered.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, negotiating, and presentations skills.
• Knowledge of civil/site construction, building systems, and sustainable practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of schematic and construction document estimates.
• Prepare and oversee project budgets and pre-bid packages.
• Coordinate with management teams and trade partners on estimates.
• Mentor junior estimators and develop estimating standards.
