Job summary

ReArch Construction in Vermont is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction, prepare budgets, and oversee full-scope estimates for Design-Build or CM projects. Travel across Vermont and New Hampshire is required; in-person roles are based in South Burlington, Lebanon, or Portsmouth offices.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in preconstruction/estimating on commercial projects valued between $20M and $50M, with a BS in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in preconstruction/estimating on commercial construction projects.
• Experience leading estimates for projects valued between $20M and $50M.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• Strong leadership, estimating, budgeting, negotiating, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of civil/site construction, foundations, structural systems, and sustainable practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead schematic and design development estimates and coordinate with project teams and trade partners.
• Develop comprehensive cost models, manage subcontractor bids and scopes of work.
• Mentor junior estimators and help establish estimating standards and processes.
