Job summary

Cornerstone Learning Center - East Memphis is seeking Lead Teachers to support our Pre-K program. The position offers Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm and compensation of $15-17 per hour, based on education and experience.

Demonstrates patience and ability to support Pre-K growth.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the center's philosophy and goals.
Implement activities that support growth in emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
Take initiative, accept feedback, and make improvements for program quality.
Create and maintain a clean, safe environment for all children.
Establish professional rapport with families to provide quality care.
Demonstrate physical ability to work around small children and lift up to 40 lbs.
