Job summary

Cornerstone Learning Center - East Memphis is seeking Lead Teachers to support our Pre-K program. The position offers Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm and compensation of $15-17 per hour, based on education and experience.

Required Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

• Take initiative, accept constructive criticism, and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
• Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
• Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running,and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
