The ideal candidate will hold an active CDA Credential or eligibility for NAEYC/Pre-K candidacy, meet state guidelines, and communicate effectively with parents in English.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or eligibility for NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy.
• Knowledge of state Pre-K guidelines for the role.
• Ability to use a computer with basic proficiency and maintain visual contact with children.
• Ability to assume low postures to engage with children while maintaining safety.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilidades

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum and State Pre-K requirements, creating a safe, nurturing environment for each child.
• Partner and communicate with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to raise enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
